As an accomplished musician and composer since his early teens, Bill Johnson took his first job working in a high-end audio store in Southern California and rapidly developed a passion for state-of-the-art music reproduction systems and has been an audiophile ever since. He’s devoted his career over the past 20+ years to the Audio-Video Electronics, Home Theater, and Home Control Systems industries – with emphasis on dedicated high performance theater interiors and luxury seating solutions. He has worked with some of the most prestigious manufacturers of high-end audio and home theater interiors in the world, and has served in executive sales, marketing, channel management and product development leadership roles for many of these organizations as well.

His extensive knowledge and understanding of audio, video, and acoustics comes from a highly diversified background working with a wide variety of companies over the course of several industry transformations, giving him a unique perspective and an ability to recognize patterns for success – developed over the years through helping navigate companies of all sizes through rapidly changing technologies, markets and economic conditions. He particularly enjoys working with smaller to medium-sized companies in developing strategic sales and marketing initiatives in getting them to “the next level” – many of which have been start-ups with emerging technologies in entirely new product categories.

Having worked in senior management positions with companies such as D-Tools, Monster Cable Products, Cooper Wiring Devices, Acoustic Innovations, Premiere HTS Seating, Audio Alchemy and ListenUp Audio-Video in Denver, as well as having been an independent consultant for many other well-known brands in the industry, Johnson has witnessed countless shifts in market trends, company mergers, restructuring, and a broad diversity of radically different business environments and company cultures. Johnson has cultivated a broad spectrum of valued industry relationships – from manufacturers, publications, associations, reps, dealers, to interior designers and affluent clients alike, Johnson has a long history of having worked with incredibly demanding C-level clients as well as having managed every personality imaginable and at every level of the organization and extended sales channel. He is well known for his presentation and training skills, having built and performed more than 400 technical sales, product, and training presentations over the past 12+ years. Johnson is also a Home Acoustics Alliance (HAA) Certified Audio Calibrator.
